Employee Ethical Standards

At Orlando Torah Academy, our standards of conduct are rooted in Torah values and a deep commitment to the safety and well-being of every child.

We strive to instill menschlichkeit, דרך ארץ, and respect for others, and expect all members of our school community to model these values in their interactions with students.

The safety of our students — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — is our highest priority. OTA maintains a zero tolerance policy for abuse, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior.
